PICK UP IN STORE
Ship or Pick-Up? Is your choice! You will go through the
same online checkout process to purchase your items. You
will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please bring a photo ID
with you, along with the credit card you used to purchase
the item, for verification purposes. Your item will be
waiting for you at the boutique, where we will be happy to
take care of any other need you may have.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING FREE shipping for all
domestic orders
totaling $100 or more. All orders are shipped by UPS Monday - Friday; excluding holidays. Orders take approximately 1 - 2 business days for processing. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for ground shipping after the order has been processed. An expedited shipping option is available to customers in the 48 contiguous USA. Refer to the below table for delivery times and pricing options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders have a flat-rate shipping cost of $45.00 and are shipped by USPS Express Mail International Shipping to select countries Monday - Friday; excluding holidays. Orders take approximately 1 - 2 business days for processing. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for international shipment after your order has been processed.
Expedited shipping options are not available for international orders.
ADANIAS Boutique currently ships to the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Poland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Kingdom.

Please note that orders shipped to countries outside of the US will be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These costs are determined by your local customs office, and are the responsibility of the recipient. ADANIAS Boutique is unable to determine, in advance, the exact
amount of these fees. The package will be marked "gift," with the cost of the item(s) still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged the fees.

TRACKING INFORMATION
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been
successfully transmitted. After your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent as well. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. Domestic customers may check the status of their order at anytime by visiting UPS.com and entering the tracking number you were provided. International customers may check the status of their order at anytime by visiting USPS.com

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are
responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any
duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on
the package (on both the original and return shipments and
the cost of returning the package to ADANIAS Boutique.) This
amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS
All cancellation request must be made by phone; no e-mailed cancellation requests will be accepted. To cancel an already placed order, please call us at 714 693 7677.
Cancellation requests must be made before order processing.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to redirect or make any modifications to the order, including cancellations. However the item(s) may be returned for an online credit or exchanged for other merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, you may return your merchandise for store credit
within 7 days as
determined by the shipping company records.
All items must HAVE NOT BEEN
WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping
and handling charges, including the costs of the original
shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free.
To initiate a return follow the

All items MUST be
unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached.
• Footwear returns and
exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original
condition and without postal labels. We suggest you try your
shoes on in a carpeted area. A separate box should be used
to ship footwear back, with the original shoe box inside.
Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange
may result in a fee or a refund refusal.
• The items must be returned in the original condition you
received it in. Be especially careful about makeup, lotion,
or any other products you may be wearing that come
into contact with the clothing.
•
We recommend that all returns
and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We are not responsible for
any packages or returns not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned
prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
•
Any questions regarding your
return, please contact

Please note: All items must
have a Return Authorization Number issued by a customer
service representative. Items returned that do not have a
Return Authorization Number and/or do not meet the criteria
of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will not be
refunded, exchanged, or returned.

GIFT CARDS
ADANIAS Boutique offers a virtual gift card only at this
time. No physical card or certificate will be mailed. Select
Gift Certificates at the bottom of each page. You will be
able to choose denominations of $25, $50 or $100. Gift cards

COUPONS
Only one coupon code may be used per order. Offers cannot be
combined with any other discount, offer, promotion or
special incentive program and is not valid on (a)
pre-orders; (b) gift cards; (c) prior purchases; (d) or sale
items unless promotion specifically states otherwise and may
have a minimum purchase associated. Offer must be used at
time of purchase. Orders cannot be revised once placed.
Discount is applied proportionately to all items in
transaction; any return of merchandise purchased with a
discount will be refunded for the proportionate amount
actually paid. No cash value. Offer valid during time
specified or while supplies last.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of
items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of
certain products. Please
be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it
can still be bought by another customer until you have
completed your order.
In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on an item
that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any
changes will be reflected in your order total as well as
your shipping confirmation.

SALE
ITEMS
(Excluding Final Sale items which are not
returnable) may be returned for store credit only and must
adhere to the same criteria of return/exchange items noted
above. You will be issued a store credit gift certificate to
use on your next order. Store credits expire one year from
date of issue.

FINAL SALE
Items are not returnable or refundable.
Final sale items are all items that are discounted 50% or
more and/or marked “Final Sale”. All sunglasses, swimwear,
jewelry, or special order items are final sale - no refunds
or exchanges will be permitted. Coupon codes may not be used
on final sale items and will not be applied towards final
cost if used.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE GOODS
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage
prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or
defective product please notify us at
customercare@adanias.net within 3 days of receipt to be
eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if
available but we do not manufacture our products and we do
not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged
items are made at the manufacturers' discretion.

EXCHANGES
Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been
received and undergone a quality control check. You will
receive an email notification with a new tracking number.
To improve your chance of getting an item that fits to begin
with, call one of our friendly salespeople and ask for
advice on fit. They are very knowledgeable about our
clothing and they know what brands and even particular
